What do you like? William is a little more common that what I would choose for a first name, but I actually don't know any baby or toddler "Williams" so maybe it's not popular in my area.
It's one of DH's suggestions(his other was James, which is even less appealing to me) I do like names that are a bit more interesting, to me anyway(Miles, Forrest, Sebastian) and DH only feels so-so about Miles and doesn't like anything else I have picked. I am warming up to William and am trying to think of a neat middle name.
*ETA DH suggests William Calvin.
Re: Middle name for William?
William Michael
William David
William Alexander
I probably have closer taste to your husband - I'm kind of a traditionalist and the more modern/"interesting" names don't appeal to me much.
