Sunflower Seeds?

Ever heard that sunflower seeds are good for semen production?  DH apparently read this.

    I haven't heard this one before....but now I'm gonna make my DH eat them before his deposit for the DE cycle!  Anything to make those boys a little stronger :)

    When I first started going to my acupuncturist he suggested that I eat sunflower seeds.

    I was a pumpkin and sunflower seed eating fool for a while.
