Why is it?

Why is it that when you want AF to arrive, she takes her sweet ol' time but when you want her to stay away, she shows up in full force ?

I know I'm totally being impatient but I want her to show before my RE closes at 3 so I can make my darned CD3 b/w appt for Friday.

ETA: FF is on crack and I'm 99% sure I O'd on CD16, which would make todays temp drop right on my normal 12 day LP.

    I HATE that.  If you called tomorrow, would they not be able to get you in for Friday?

    This happened to me this week! I usually find that posting about it makes her come faster. I'm not being snarky I'm totally serious. Every time I post about AF being late she shows right afterwards lol. Hopefully it's the same for you.

    I hate that too...That happened to me at the end of my past cycle.  I had to go in for a beta at 15 dpiui, but I knew I wasn't pregnant and felt like I had AF when I woke up that morning...She just didn't show until that afternoon (after I had already taken the pointless early morning trek out to the RE's office to get poked).

    GL, I hope she gets here soon!

    It took 44 cycles, just over 3 years, 6 failed IUI's in MI, and 1 round of IVF at CCRM to get our BFP!
    Beta #1 (9dp5dt) = 206, Beta #2 (11dp5dt) = 438
    1st u/s @ 6w5d = 11/11/11 = ONE little bean! HB 120bpm!

     I'm not sure but I know in general that they have limited Friday openings. I know if I called now and said that I "know" it will be CD3 on friday they will think I'm crazy.

    TTC #2 since 2011 (took 1.5 years to conceive spontaneously after multiple failed clomid cycles and 1 failed clomid +IUI)
    Me- PCOS, borderline hypothyroid
    Him- low concentration/count

    Feb 2014- started acupuncture
    Feb 2014- BFP
    March 2014- m/c @ 5 weeks
    May 2014- HSG, all clear, started Synthroid, Femara 5mg CD 3-7 + trigger + TI= BFN
    Waiting for new RE appointment end of July 2014
