Nanny Share

I have had my DD in daycare, but am not satisfied with the service nor do I like that she ALWAYS has a cold from there. I am looking for a nanny or a nanny share. Does anyone know of a friend that would like to nanny or anyone who would like to nanny share with me? I live on the Centreville/Chantilly border, but would be interested in Fairfax, Herndon, Centerville or Chantilly. My DD is 17 months old.

I actually have just considered doing a nanny share. I live on the Fairfax side of Alexandria and have a 2 1/2 year old. I started thinking about doing a nanny share since I"m expecting baby #2 in September. Let me know if you would like to discuss.
