What are you serving with your kabobs?

We are having the same and I can't decide on a starch.  We're having salad along with the kabobs and grilled veggies.

I was going to do ranch potatoes.  Cut up potatoes and toss them in a little olive oil and then add in a packet or two of ranch dressing mix.  I sometimes do them in foil on the grill or just in the oven on 400 for about 30 minutes.  And then I was going to have a green salad as well.

I always do roasted potato wedges with rosemary it seems, so maybe I will try those!
