It will just be us and I was going to make curried chicken salad. It is SO good and we haven't had it in awhile, so I figured why not? Might do homemade onion rings with it. We are going to a minor league baseball game in the afternoon, so I thought it'd be nice not to have to put a big meal together that evening.
Oh, onion rings sound good, those are DH's favorite.
We go to the inlaws for dinner every Sunday so, I think we might try the onion rings. If I were to do it at my house, I would do a really nice philly cheese steak sandwich.

Okay, that sounds excellent. Except I hate making fried foods at home, and my FIL will be there and he has celiacs, so that may not be the best thing.
Maybe I could do PW's drip beef. I was originally thinking something grilled (kabobs?), but it looks like the weather is going to be awful.

I never fry in the house. We have this burner that you hook up to propane and then we just use a lodge dutch oven and cook them outside.
Have a wonderful weekend.
