long story short, 2 different Drs tried for over 3 hours. they couldn't get the catheter into my uterus. my ute is at a 90 degree angle and they tried every catheter known to man, it was a no go.
the plan is as follows, if our little embie makes it to blast on Saturday and freeze, we will try a FET next month.
the Drs seems to think that I am still inflamed from the ER and all the hormones and believe they have a better shot on an un-medicated natural cycle.
At this point I would love to say that I am thinking positive, but I have encountered so many hurdles this cycle while trying to stay positive, and I just keep getting knocked down.
if this doesn't happen for us, I will not go through another IVF cycle. One thing you never want to hear from a Dr is "we've never not been able to get in before". To get this far and not be able to have the ET is just a cruel joke.
Anyway, I wanted to thank you ladies for you support and kind words.

I heard about the theory Holly mentioned. I think a newbie asked about it once on here - her clinic does this - freezes the embies, waits until a natural cycle, and then transfers the embies. I have even thought about mentioning it to my RE, but we aren't brave enough to push beyond a 3dt.
I am so sorry this cycle has been so tough.
I remember this too.
Dina, I am so sorry! I really hope that your FET next month is your BFP!!
So my RE told me that the "freeze-all" method is 20%-30% more successful than a 3d or 5d transfer! He recently started doing this with all his patients because of all the meds can make the endometrium an "unaccepting" enviornment! Good luck next month... it may be just what you need even though it is SoOOO hard to get your hopes up... just keep your eye on the prize!
I'm sorry Dina! I know your FET will bring you that BFP!
Big hugs!!!
This! Lots of hugs and I'm one of the believers of this. I just did my ivf where we purposely waited a month for the FET.
Good luck!
That sucks so bad cutie
I'm sorry and your vaj must not be happy.
Praying your little rockstar grows and you can do FET.
