I have some purple and gray ones that I think could be gender neutral. And a blue and gray one. I love ours and DDs still sleep with them (actually one likes these and the other likes the Target fleece blankets).

I have a set of 4 neutral colored. Since even with them my gals hate swaddling, I gave one brandy new one to my SIL who just had a baby girl. I love how lightweight they are, great for when we go out and it gets a little cool. I got the mini blankies (loveys) and my Lilly is so addicted to it, she plays peekaboo with it and needs it to fall asleep. (Of course i then take it away.)
best blankets everrrrrrrr! ever ever ever. the boys use them now as their "blankies" (they're big enough for that - the blankets, i mean) and when they were tiny they'd cover the carseats but were still breathable.
we didn't know what sex the babies were, so all of ours have the green patterns.
Re: Aden & Anais blankets
why not get this neutral one?

if i was to choose between pink and blue, i'd just get blue.... my fav color
oh those are cute. Seems like there are many different prints depending on where you're shopping.
the are the best thing EVER. We have 8 of them and need 8 - 2 upstairs, 2 down, 2 at daycare... 2 in the wash.
esp when babies are little and spitting up a lot - you will likely want to have 8 of them.
