Success after IF

Thanks for your reply.  I'm from MA too.  Did you like where you went for your IUI's?  I did IUI's and have a two year old ds.  This is before they knew about the morph problem.  Now they want me to go to a specialist.  I have an appointment at Brigham and Woman's but I'm open to recommendations.

Hi!  Yes, I did like where I went - I went to Harvard Vanguard in Kenmore Square and saw Dr. Nariaki (I think that is how you spell it).  If I had to do IVF, it would have been at RSC.  But my sister went to BWH and had a dd through IVF, and really liked them.

I think that being in MA, sometimes our REs really push IVF, since insurance usually covers it.  My RE was of the opinion that morph could be a problem, or it might not be...so we started with IUIs.  After our second, I was sure it didn't work and we had an IVF consult during the two week wait.  We were ready to move on at that point...however, our second IUI did actually work, so we never had to go the IVF route.  I think it is worth a shot doing IUIs first, before IVF, just because you never know!
