I haven't done it since last Thursday I think, and I'm going out of town tomorrow, so there is really no point in doing it tonight, right?

Even if you won't be able to workout again for a week, you will still get a benefit of today. I've been fighting adding cardio in between my weight workouts-- you have motivated me to get up off my butt right now and do 20 minutes on the eliptical before dinner.
