Hey Ladies!
I think you have heard me say a few times that DH and I have been trying to sell our house. It has just become a burden and we are ready to get out of it. After it being unlisted for nearly a year, we listed it again with another realtor. I actually walked out the door this morning thinking, "This would be a bad day for someone to want to look a thte house." There are folded clothes on the floor in the living room, I didn't make the bed this morning, DH left a mess in Madi's bathroom from giving her a bath last night. Nothing major, but just not how I want it to show. Of course, the Realtor's assistant calls saying someone wants to look at it at in an hour (11 am) and I am in a meeting and can't break free to go do a whirlwind on the house. I am so frustrated! I guess we are so used to nothing happening with it, since it has been nearly 3 years we have been trying to sell, that it didn't dawn on us that something could actually happen. The assistant said the buyers realtor would call back this afternoon about showing it tomorrow (so I can get things ready).
So I am asking for your house-selling dust and prayers. We know it would truly be a God miracle for this house to sells in this saturated market, but we know He can do it! I am just trying to trust Him, and let go of the control I want to have over it so that he can work.
(Sorry so winded)
Re: Need your House dust and prayers
I know how hard it is! We JUST sold ours after having it on the market for a year and half. But God had a plan for us. If we had sold when we listed, we would have sold it for more, but the house we ended up buying would not have been available. And if it had sold before James was born, then our new house would have been listed above our price range.
Everything happens for a reason and I'll be sending you selling dust!
Good luck, I'm sending you lots of selling dust.
Good luck!
We JUST got an offer on ours Friday and have our inspection today, so hopefully it goes well and we make it to closing! The offer was made the day before we moved out, so it was definitely perfect timing.
