After getting my eyes checked back in March I ordered a years worth of contact lenses. After having some trouble with the new prescription, my eye doctor changed the strength in my right eye.  Not only will they take back the unopened boxes, they will even take back the opened box.  The correct lenses are on their way to me with a return label for the old ones.  No charge at all.

Awesome.  Now I just have to see how Lenscrafters does when I bring the new glasses back to get them fixed!

Just thought I'd share in case were ever considering using them.

Agreed.  I having been using them for 3+ years now & LOVE them!!  Great company with great customer service!
