Bottle noises...

My LO is making 'clicking' noises when she's on the bottle- i know its bad if she were on the boob because it would be painful for me (I'm EP), but does it mean anything else?  Like nipple flow or size?

    Is the nipple all the way in her mouth? Sometimes my LO makes that noise when she's only on the end of the nipple. I usually pull the bottle out of her mouth and try again.
