That's not the one I use. I don't have the recipe that I use down here- it's upstairs on a printout that my Aunt gave me. Mine you're supposed to boil like 2 chicken breast (but I just usually cook it in the crockpot with hot sauce). Then you shred it and add hot sauce (if you boiled it). Then I put it in a 9x13 pan. In a pot on the stove I melt 1 brick of cream cheese and 160z of bleu cheese and then put that over the chicken and bake at 350 fpr 20 minutes. Then I spread some grated cheddar cheese on that and then put it back in the oven until the cheese melts- but usually I just put the aluminum foil on top and then it's melted by the time we're ready to eat it.
Thanks all ... I would rather use "real" chicken and shred it myself, but don't have a ton of time tomorrow to make it. And, of course, I was too lazy today to do it.
How long does it take to boil chicken? I usually cook it in the slow cooker all day when I want to moist and shreddable (yes, a new word).

I'm sure it would be a hit either way though!
I use this one, but use cheddar cheese on top

I replaced the ranch dressing with blue cheese dressing though
