those with trucks..or 2 door anything, carseat question

how do you do it? do to recent financial constraints, we may not be able to get an SUV like I had hoped before #2 comes along. We have a Chevy silverado, and I have tried 2 carseat in there before, and one of the front seat had to be all the way pushed up. I really cannot see how it would work out.

 

Also, we made be acquiring an older bronco with 2 doors. DH insists that I will be able to get both kiddos in and out, but  how can in the world can one do this? Its hard enough climbing into our truck to get fat fat (DD#1) our, I cannot imagine doing this with 2 kids AND no back door.
