Hi!  congrats on your new baby!

If I had my child to raise all over again, I'd build self-esteem first, and the house later; finger-paint more, and point the finger less. I would do less correcting and more connecting. I'd take my eyes off my watch, and watch with my eyes. I'd take more hikes and fly more kites. I would run through more fields and gaze at more stars. I'd do more hugging and less tugging.-Diane Loomans

Hi!  congrats on your new baby!

Thanks!  Did Sara have food allergies like Christopher?  Like Michael, Ryan has them so I am dairy and soy free again.  Can't say I love it, but there are so many new products now that make it easier (creamer and yogurt with coconut milk, dairy/soy free butter spread, etc) so that is a relief!

That is funny you posted it earlier!

Sara also had dairy/soy and caffeine/eggs, too!  It was easier the second time, like you say.  It took about a year for her to outgrow it.  Her symptoms were largely reflux-like (projectile vomiting) vs. Christopher's GI/Derm issues.

Have to say I felt great eating that way.  DH and I wonder if that's not the way we're meant to eat all the time.
