Vitex / Chasteberry?

Hi Everyone!

Visiting from 2IF with a quick question - anyone try / have success with Vitex / Chasteberry?  I'm sticking to an alternative treatment plan for now, and I'd just like to know if anyone over here was successful using alt treatment.  TIA!

    DH and I spent 2.5 years TTC with PCOS with anovulation.  We took a TTC break in July for a surgery I had to have in August, but I started taking Vitex and Cinnamon Bark daily.  I got a BFP in October!  I think the herbs combined with 10 pounds of weight loss and acupuncture definitely had something to do with it.  GL!

    Are you seeing a naturopath?  If so, she or he should give you a personalized plan.  Yes, I took vitex for a year before my first BFP, and I used many other treatments through my ND as well, but I wouldn't advise taking it without seeing a naturopath.  I wish you the best!
