Separation Anxiety and Sleep Training

We are on the second day of the Sleep Easy Solution (basically Ferber) and DS is so clingy now. We are trying to move to crib from cosleeping and gently wean night feedings. He goes down really quick at night. I don't even have to do any checks. Anyone else experience this?

Cosleeping to CIO seems like a huge leap to me.  Have you tried something in between?  I'm not surprised he's clingy

I've tried everything. I've read every.single.sleep book there is. Sears to Weissbluth. I'm exhausted b/c he's up all night long at the boob buffet if he's in our bed and he is so mobile now that he moves all around the bed, and the only place he will nap is in arms or in the swing.
