I'd warn him.  My DH tends to get frustrated and upset when he's not warned of a breakdown.  ((Hugs))

I would warn him. I prefer to be left alone during a good cry- I just end up feeling guilty if DH is lurking around.

I have done this to DH a few times.  He has come home to me sitting in the dark having an ugly cry.  Pre-Em though.

I'm on team Warn Him.  MrG always says stuff like "What is WRONG with you!?!' whenever I cry for "no reason" which makes me more mad than why I cried in the first place.

I would suggest doing so in the shower.  I don't know why but it seems more theraputic to me.
