Is this normal? (tmi)

After going to the bathroom this morning (#2, I know tmi)...I have pink spotting/discharge when I wiped.  It was not from constipation.  I am feeling crampy again, but haven't had any spotting since then.  That was about an hour ago.  Is this normal to have this pink discharge after going the bathroom? 

I just talked to the OB this morning right before it happened.  She said the results from the u/s yesterday look good but call if I have any more problems.  I am debating about calling becasue I don't think there is anything else they can check.  I am waiting for blood test results.  Has this ever happened to you?  I am also worried about the OB wanting me to leave work or coming in to the office...which means I am going to have to tell my boss (who is also a family member)

it could be normal. sometimes when you poop, it squeezes your cervix. if you had any old blood, or if your cervix is just particularly sensitive, that could be why you're spotting. have you had sex recently, or was the u/s they did vaginal? that could contribute to why you'd be spotting.

No spotting since.  I did have an internal yesterday, so that could be what it is from.  Feeling a lot better now.  think I am just being paranoid, as usual.
