But I want your guys' thoughts also.

Should it be spelled Cecelia or Cecilia (this obviously completely depends on if LO is a boy or girl)

(I know Cecilia is the right way to spell it, however we will be calling her Cece)

If I did name a boy Cecilia I would have to have his middle name be Nevaeh.

If you prefer Cecilia, use that. You could definately still use the nn Cece.

Thanks guys. I just don't want to be that crazy person who names their child a normal name and botches the spelling.  (I.E. Payj...yep... like Paige)

Cecelia  does NOT = Payj. at all. 

I like both ways, but when I go to spell it I automatically spell it Cecilia, so my fingers decided
