They need to get their *** together and get you in for an u/s. I don't know how much a beta will really tell you at this point (as long as it's still rising). Good luck.
I don't know about you but I would be switching doctors. I don't know a doctor who would continue to do blood work and not just do an u/s to make sure there is something there and that it's going as it's suppose to. Your doctor's office sounds like it's all sorts of messed up.

I agree. FWIW, my initial ultrasound they didn't see much of anything and thought I was way behind but by the time I was 8 or 9 weeks everything seemed to have caught up (or maybe it was just easier for the equipment to see). I really really hope you can get an U/S and some answers ASAP.

really? I feel like they should be doing a stat ultrasound instead of more bloodwork at this point.
