So many things here...
1) She even has a shock collar for her dog. (for barking)
2) It was on the highest setting.
3) She managed to shock herself with it on the hand.
4) She's worried, even after steady LO movement, HB is picked up on doppler, and the on call OB is telling her it's likely ok.

Perhaps if she had spent even half as much effort worrying about how it affects her DOG she wouldn't be in this situation.

I was just thinking, how nice that she is that worried about it affecting her baby after a tiny zap to the hand, but doesn't think twice about strapping it to her dog's neck.
