Can't find size 3 water shoes for DS. Should I just buy a size 4?

I just wanted something on his feet when he's at his water table. I don't plan for him to really walk around in them (not that he is walking yet...just cruising) so can I just get a size 4?

I say go for it. Sadly by the end of summer they'll probably fit.
