Random baby foot print ?

So we never got a copy of DD's foot prints in the hospital and now I can't even remember if they took them. I know they took my thumb print or something, but do they generally take LO's foot prints for their records? I am so upset that we don't have one and I really want a tattoo of LO's foot print. Do you think they would have this on file there? I kind of want to call but I don't want them to think I'm crazy!

    I thought that was standard practice to take one...but I guess I dont actually know! Maybe your pedi would actually be the one to have it on file.

    Our hospital doesn't do them anymore they said. I was a little bummed since they are cute. I should have done them myself at home and didn't...

    DH got a tattoo of DD's foot print =) 

    I think it's a super cute idea! As far as the hospital keeping it on file, I don't know. Hope you find it!

    You can go to Walmart or Target and get the ink and do it yoruself. They sell the kits in the baby sections. I've seen them in both stores.
