DOOL watchers...is Shane back?

So I'm tuning in today for the first time in a loooong time. Is that Shane in the cell with Rafe or is that the actor who played Shane playing someone else?

edit: I guess it is the real Shane since he just mentioned Kimberly.

I'm also a dvr'er since being pg with C.  What else was I supposed to watch while I laid on the couch sick for 6 months?

I DVR it too, but never watch it. I'm waiting for Alice's funeral so I can see all of the old faces that are supposed to be back.

Shane was married to Kimberly Brady - one of Caroline's kids. Shane worked for some international FBI-type thing. I think his character was big in the 80's-early 90's...that's when I watched it with my grandma :-)

Shane worked with Roman (the real one-not the old Kris who is the new Roman) in the ISA.  Huge in the 80's...him and Kimberly were one of those super couples.

Yes, Eve.  She was his daughter with some crazy English lady named Emma. I have been watching Days since I was about 3...and I am now over 40.  I know WAY too much!
