he'll be in a little baby hospital gown!!!???

i just spoke witht he surgical center that is going ryan's tubes tomorrow.  they were telling me what time we had to be there, etc.  they said he will be putting on a hospital gown!  that is going to be the cutest, most pitiful thing ever!  i will definitely be taking pictures.  it's either that or sit in a corner and cry hysterically.

Ugh, they aren't cute. M. was in one as a newborn for her heart surgery. It broke my heart that they actually make hospital gowns for the under 10lbs crowd.

DS wore one when he had his circ at 7 mo. I brought it home and put it in his baby box!

Eli was in one when he was hospitalized at 2 months for a viral infection.  You described it perfectly--it was the cutest, most pitiful thing ever!

Poor baby, luckily it is a quick hospital visit.  Kate is getting her tubes on Thursday.

This post makes me happy that Jake wore creepers in the NICU. As onlg as it opened down the front with snaps he could wear it.

I don't think I could have handled a gown.

This exactly! It is cute, but also pitiful at the same time. Hope the surgery goes well!

good luck!  K is going in for her tubes on Wednesday.  There seem to be a lot of these little guys going!  If you got any tips for keeping her NPO, please let me know.
