what are you doing about bathing suits this summer?

I am from Florida and we are going home next week. I put on my bikinis this morning and I have porno boobs. They definitely won't work.

At first I thought I would just buy a few new tops and just rock the bottoms that I have, but by late afternoon my belly starts to puff up. It's (obvs) all bloat, but it's not cute. Maybe a one piece is in order?

I just don't know what to do since it's so early in the summer and so early in my pregnancy. I want to be able to have something that will work through Labor Day.

When I was pg with DD during the summer I wore tankinis... this time I have to get maternity ones cause I am already much bigger than I ever was with DD during the summer.

I got pg in May of '08. I was able to wear my usual 1-piece swimsuit through about 17w; after that i used a maternity tankini.

I bought two maternity swimsuits at Motherhood Maternity that are tankinis.  They are really cute and they cover up my ginormous boobs pretty well.

I haven't worn a bathing suit since I started IF treatments. 

I actually found a decent tankini type thing from Land's End (gag, I know, but I swear it's actually cute) and plan to wear that this summer.  At least now I have an excuse to be fat.

I guess I'm not much help. I had DS the year before I was pg with the twins and I had my maternity suit from then. He was born in Sept so I was pretty big in that summer, but since I already had one, I didn't go out and buy a new one for last year when I was barely pg with the twins.

I'm not a mom of multiples, but I thought I'd answer your question since I see it here. I bought a one piece maternity suit when I was 30+ weeks with DD. I have been wearing it now (when I'm not even "visibly" pregnant yet) and it still fits perfect. Since it's a stretchy suit, it'll stretch as I expand, but fits fine now too.

I wore a tankini with some rusching on the sides. That gave it enough fabric to expand around my early pooch without me looking horrible. By 20w I gave up and invested in a maternity tankini.

i did a lot of swimming at the END of my pregnancy and even then I was wearing the same bottoms - i just wore a water proof sports bra as my top.  in fact, since i nurse and my boobs are still huge, i swim in the exact same thing.

i am probably due for a new suit, lol.

I just wore my regular bikinis.  my boobs didn't get big till the end, so they still fit and I just let the tummy hang out.  however, I wasnt' really around anyone that didn't know when I was in my bathing suits, so I don't know what I would have done if I were trying to hide things

I was on my honeymoon last summer in Maui.  I went to Target and got some tankini type suits.  I don't think I was large enough for a mat suit at that time.  They worked, although my boobs were kinda large.  I bought one pair of black bottoms and two different tops that worked. They were tank type tops and covered my belly which made me feel better!  GL!
