Is bikini wax a no no?

 I can not see anything. I was planning on getting one before delivery but not too close. I vaguely remember someone saying if you wait to late its a no no. Any info, pls???

A lot of places won't wax pregnant women because your skin is uber sensitive.  I know my normal spa place won't.  It makes me sad.

Bikini waxes are def. not a no no of pg of anything, but the word on the street is that it will hurt a shitton more than it did pre-pg. Cause of all the extra bloodflow and being way more sensitive down there. So if you get one, GL mama!

But then again you might totally be a bad ass and it might not even hurt you. Specially if you've gotten them regularly before.

I've gotten brazilians all the way through both this pregnancy and when I was pg w/ DD1, and before and after my pregnancies too.  They have never been a cake walk, but they're ok.  Lately, I've been practicing my labor relaxation techniques!  Ha!

This time around I haven't been great about getting them at proper intervals (5-6 weeks) and last time it'd been about 8 and I actually found it to be less painful than normal.

I'm in Italy now and they have no problem waxing me here, but I was in Maryland when I was pg w/ DD1 and I went to a really nice spa and they had no problem with it either.

I got one and she used wax for sensitive skin. It wasn't bad!
