DHs bday party invites

We are loving our new neighborhood. I am loving meeting people and we actually have been having quite a few social events. I am not sure if I am should invite them to his 40th bday party. I actually ran out of invites but I was thinking of sending those neighbors that we socialize with evites...thoughts?

I would.  It's nice to have friends in the neighborhood for cook outs and drinking around the fire pit.
