Well first I found an old generic commercial for a women's self defense seminar that I recorded that once I took the registration info out, it was suitable to share with you ladies here so you could hear my "radio voice"

Then I was feeling goofy and I recorded a message for the newbies telling them to lurk, go to ff, get tcoyf and wear big girl panties.
