What is going on here? Help please!

I'm an EPer, and I pump at 2,6 and 10 every day, so 6 times a day. 

 The last two days my left milk jug is only pumping a regular amount every other pumping session. Why?!?!

I'll get 1/4 the norm one pumping session, then it will become engorged, no clogged feeling, and the next time I get the regular amount.

I had a clogged duct a few days ago, and I got rid of that. Everything seemed normal, just like any other clogged duct I've had. I thought maybe stress, but my stressful situation is over. Maybe lack of sleep? I took a great nap.My right jug is totally unaffected.

Now I'm getting a sore throat. I hope these aren't related. Couild this be mastitis??
