I think I broke my foot again...

I broke my foot two years ago but didn't know it and walked around on it for months.

The other day, I twisted my foot on one of Pearl's legos. Now,it is just throbbing.. it is on the muscly outerside and hurts up to my pinky toe and back to my heal.

I am trying to elevate it and take it easy. Hoping I just tore a ligament or muscle.

I stepped on a small toy a while back and bruised the bottom of my foot.  It was like bruised inside and took forever for it to stop hurting.  I don't remember it radiating into any of my toes though.  You might want to have it xrayed to be sure.   I DID break my foot...but that was years and years ago.  I was going down the basement steps and thought I was on the last step but was on the one before it.  I took a longer stride then I would have and just caught the edge of the step and my foot twisted.  Yep...broke in 2 places!  I let it go that night but by morning it was swollen to twice its size so into the urgent care I went.
