Children's Museum

My friends and I love to go to the Children's Museum, especially with the new toddler area.

However, at our recent trip we were told you're no longer allowed to bring your own lunch to eat at the picnic tables outside.  They only allow you to eat the food they sell.  The other tables next to us were all eating picnics from home too.

It's hard to understand why the zoo allows you to bring your own lunch, but the children's museum does not (i have a membership to both).  I understand it's a source of additional revenue, but bringing my own lunch guarantees my kiddo will eat and saves me money.

so, we'll keep going to the museum, but take our picnic to the park instead.
