I want to make DH a slideshow to music - what program do I use?

I'm pretty clueless when it comes to this - what's a good free program I can use to do this? I heard a great song on the radio the other day by Paul Simon called Father and Daughter. It is perfect!

Do you have powerpoint? You could use that. It's not free but it might already be on your computer
