i cannot remember who originally shared it, but I know a couple of the girls have tried it. I tried to do a search, but nothing came up for this board. Can someone share the receipe with me please. Thanks!
I don't have the original recipe that was posted on this board, but here's ours:
We usually get about 2-3 lbs of Country Style ribs and cut the slab into 2 or 3 sections since it's impossible to fit in our slow cooker in one piece. Cover with water, add a handful of whole peppercorns, a few bay leaves and salt and pepper. If we're feeling in the mood we've also tried replacing some water with Dr Pepper or adding a bit of liquid smoke, but these aren't necessary - it just changes the flavor a bit.
Cook on Low for 6 hours.
Remove the ribs from the slow cooker and pat dry
Baste ribs with BBQ sauce and broil on a sheet pan for 3-4 minutes per side.
