"big sister" gift

My friend just had a baby and I'd like to give her older daughter (27 months) a "big sister" gift.... any "big sister" suggestions??

I got this little doll personalized for my niece (who is 1) as part of her Christmas present. I thought it was adorable! I love things I can get their names put on ... I think it makes it that much cuter
