NBR: Cake Decorating Classes?

Anyone know where to take cake/cookie/cupcake decorating classes?  I know that places like JoAnn's, Hobby Lobby, and Michael's offer some decorating type classes, but I'm also looking for something a little more long term beyond just getting you started.

Any ideas, suggestions, or personal experiences?  TIA!

Check into Cake Carousel on 75 and Arapaho www.cakecarousel.com

I buy alot of baking supplies there and I know they have a ton of classes.

I agree with pp. Cake Carousel is your best bet. Their calendar of classes is usually online.
