coconut water

just google it to find what the nutritional benefits are, but I am utlizing it mostly to keep myself hydrated, kidneys in tip top shape and to keep my digestion moving. It is a lot more hydrating (more electrolytes) than sports drinks, less sugar and has lots of potassium. It's not the best tasting stuff so I have been mixing it with a little ocean spray tropical fruit/veggie juice and some seltzer. 

I know I have been seeing coconut water/juice in the supermarket more lately and I was really surprised to see how good it was for pregnancy.

    I've heard that too.  There are many good articles promoting it- I should look for it in the store.

    It's definitely growing on me and definitely helps in the "digestion" area, even better than a fiber bar.
