just google it to find what the nutritional benefits are, but I am utlizing it mostly to keep myself hydrated, kidneys in tip top shape and to keep my digestion moving. It is a lot more hydrating (more electrolytes) than sports drinks, less sugar and has lots of potassium. It's not the best tasting stuff so I have been mixing it with a little ocean spray tropical fruit/veggie juice and some seltzer.
I know I have been seeing coconut water/juice in the supermarket more lately and I was really surprised to see how good it was for pregnancy.
