Prune juice - how long until poop?

Charlie hasn't gone poop since last Saturday. Dr. told me to give him 2 oz prune juice + 2 oz water. I'm not loving the brown spit up so far.. So anywho, how long does it take until he should poop? I forgot to ask the dr. that question. He finished the bottle about 20 mins ago.

I would think within a couple hours.

If it doesn't work, you might try a little mashed apple. The couple times DD has had apple she's gone right away (and she's normally a once a week pooper). Have you tried the thermometer trick?

A few hours... and then pooped 4 times that day! (This was after 4 days of no poop....)

Yeah I did the thermometer trick 3x yesterday and no poop. Sounds like I need to be a little more patient. Hopefull he'll go in the next couple hours.

I think the first time we did it, it was like 12 hours or something! However, she must have emptied out everything in her entire system... and RUNNY!!!
