Growth spurt??

My LO is just over 2 weeks old and is nursing allllll the time.  I feel like he's never satisfied after a night-time feeding and sometimes will go back and forth between breasts for 1-2 hours at night.  I've read/heard that there is a growth spurt at 3 weeks.  Does it sound like my LO just hit this growth spurt a little bit early?

I went through the same thing last weekend (so my LO was about 2 weeks 4 days) and I chalked it up to a growth spurt, though I really don't know if it was. It lasted all of Saturday, Sunday and Monday...Monday night she was back to herself. Hang in there!
