Mine are really rough estimates - I'm just 2 weeks into working again. LO will be 3 months on the 2nd.
6:30ish - LO wakes, BF (I pump after he is done.)
9ish - 4 oz bottle at DC (I pump around 9:30 at work)
11:30ish - 4 oz bottle at DC
(I pump around 12:30 at work)
2 ish - 4 oz bottle at DC
4:30ish - 4 oz bottle if still at DC or home with DH (I pump around 4 at work)
6:30ish - BF
8:30ish - BF and put DS down to sleep
10:30 - pump before I go to sleep
2ish - DS wakes, BF (If I'm not exhausted and could use a few extra oz, sometimes I pump then too.)
*Sometimes LO wakes around 4/4:30 and nurses, other nights he sleeps until 6/6:30.*
HTH a little. I was really overwhelmed with starting work again, but we did fit into a little bit of a pattern right away. GL!
Happy Birthday, little man. We love you so much!

It's FREE and EASY!
LO's nurse at 7:30, 10:00, 1:00, 4:00, 6:00, then 7:30 bottle and bed. It falls 30 minutes bf or after these times some days, but they eat six times a day every day, and sleep through the night. I had to pump and feed them one weekend that I wasn't home most of the time, and they took about 4.5 oz every feeding. They get 6 oz of formula at 7:30. GL!
Sorry I just re-read your question...blame it on that its 4am!
I am going back to work Monday so have been pumping after his 8am feed to build a freezer stash(I only work 2 evenings/week). He takes about 4 oz when he eats from a bottle when I'm gone.
I have supply issues in that I make too mich milk so I have to be careful not to pump too often or it increases my supply even more & I get into trouble with blocked ducts!
Good luck as you return to work!!
I have been back to work for three weeks and this is our rough schedule.
6:45 am - BF
9:45 am-I pump at work
11:00 am - DS takes 6 oz bottle at DC
12:30 pm - I pump at work
3:30 pm- DS takes 6 oz bottle at DC
5:00 pm - I pump when I get home from work with DS
6:00 pm - BF
9:00 pm- BF
2-3 am - BF
Like everyone says, this varies some depending on the baby. Of course for whatever reason he doesn't keep this schedule on the weekend. I wish he would.
