We use an older lunch box - it is slightly larger on the bottom than the 4 bottles, so I wedge a plastic cup in there that DCP uses to warm up the bottles.
Happy Birthday, little man. We love you so much!
My favorite money saving tip: I've earned more than $300 in gift cards (Amazon, Starbucks, Southwest!) using SwagBucks for internet searching - and you can too!
It's FREE and EASY!
I have a Built NY 6-pack bottle carrier for my BM bottles. It's not meant for baby bottles, but it works really well! It keeps them cold and upright in DS's bag in the car. All of the daycare workers and other moms think it's great and wish they had it when they were doing bottles!

What bottles do you have? I have the Dr Browns Wide bottles... I wonder if they would fit? I have a Built lunch bag that I adore.
