My LO is on antibiotics for an ear infection. They seem to make him drowsy and kind of out of it, was that your experience?

Liberty was on IV antibiotics for 10 days when she was 2 months old.  I didn't notice any side effects at all.

This.  We've been battling a killer ear infection for the past month and besides a frown face when he takes them, there have been no side effects.

DD's had a few ear infections and I haven't noticed side effects. I, however, am on seriously string antibiotics for a staph infection and have been seriously tired! But that's what battling an illness will do to 'ya.
