there is a guy on one of our local channels who is called "the troubleshooter."    cheesy, i know, but he's actually helped a lot of people.

i called him b/c i'm still fighting with medicaid 6 months later about B&N, and he came to the house today and interviewed me!

i don't even really care about being on TV, i just hope he can get this taken care of.  i'm sick of spending all my free time fighting with them.

P.S. - i'm a little scared about calling out a government agency, but the way they are jerking me around is utter bullshit.  seriously.   they shouldn't get away with it.

P.P.S. - all i'm asking them to pay is $3,300.  which i don't think is a lot in the scheme of things.  my regular insurance is picking up the bulk of the $1.5MM bill.
