I am going between three ideas: having a photo travel mug made, taking a picture of DS in his Eagle's outfit and buying a "Born to be an Eagle's fan" frame to put it in, and buying wooden D A D letters and putting the three pictures of DS holding them in a frame.

I'm loving this idea! This would be fantastic to do in a photo studio, with someone (i.e. NOT me!) taking the pics... might have to mention that to my mom...

Probably not helpful, but dh is an endurance athlete (marathons and triathlons of all distance) so I'm making him an album on shutterfly of different pictures from every race and the last few will be of dd from the first race she went to and her in her 'my daddy is a triathlete shirt' along with another picture of her in a Hawaiian shirt that and captuing it "see you in Kona" since he qualified for the Ironman world championship and were going this year.

I actually ordered Grandmother's necklaces from her for Mother's day and they were awesome. When I get the guitar pick I'm also going to order a Mother's necklace for my self. I received really great service - fast, great communication, cute packaging, etc.

I got him the book "My Little Girl" by Tim McGraw and a UNC basketball vault book. I also plan to get him a sterling silver golf ball marker (would like to put "Layla's Daddy") on it if I can find someone on etsy to engrave that many characters. For the final gift, he's going to pick out a nice watch, and I am also going to have that engraved "To: Daddy, From: Layla".
