A little insurance karma.......

Everytime I've had to deal with my insurance regarding my IF prescriptions, they always give me the runaround.  Don't get me wrong, they're always friendly, but always have some excuse as to why they are unable to send my Rx out.........didn't get the fax, didn't get the cycle sheet, rep imput info into computer wrong.......yadda, yadda, yadda.  I've actually started keeping of log of every conversation I have with them, just to keep track of the nonsense.  It's always a huge headache and always gets me stressed..........last cycle I broke into tears. 

Today I called and........VOILA!!!  They are sending the Rx to me tomorrow!  Holy crap, I wanted to reach through the phone and hug the girl on the other end!

Today, all is good in the world for me!  I think I'll have an adult beverage to celebrate!

Do you have to go through your insurance? It seems like a hassle.

Chicken - since my treatments, including my Rx, is covered by my insurance, they require that their own specialty pharmacy fulfill and ship it.  Trust me, if I could get the drugs without going through them (and paying full price), I totally would!
