We moved DS's crib into our room to clear his room for visiting family.  Yesterday he was drooling over the big boy bed that his uncle gets to sleep in in his room, and was excited to hear that he gets to use it once Uncle B leaves.

Cross your fingers that he remains excited and doesn't get too comfy sleeping in our room instead!

Keep talking it up and hopefully he will still be excited to use it!  I would add in how Uncle B stays in the bed all night and doesn't leave it.  Good luck!  We are trying to tackle potty training this weekend and if that goes well we will try out the toddler bed.
