help me troubleshoot please

i get so worried that something is wrong. DD has not been able to fall asleep the past 3 or 4nights for bed. She's fine all day w/naps and fine during the night but takes like 4 or 5 hrs to fall asleep. I've tried to eliminate all possible reasons,gas,too hot,too cold,hungry,over or undertired,room temp,etc.. then i think maybe reflux,teething,or earache,but they wouldnt just bother her at night right? Is this  possible just the 4month wakeful? I hope so becuz i feel really bad for her and i would feel terrible if something was wrong and i couldnt figure it out TIA

I have read that an earache does bother them more at night. Not sure why. But she'd be fussy, possible fever, etc. My sis has a four month old and she isn't sleeping well right now either. Could just be the 4 month wakeful.
