corpus luteum pain?

Is anyone else experiencing/has experienced pain in their ovarian area? 

I'm trying not to spook myself thinking there's a problem with the baby...I thought about it and realized maybe it's the corpus luteum causing pain?  It feels like ovulation pain, only it's been ALL day today.  Google is not helping, probably because most people can't spell 'corpus luteum.'  Or maybe I'm spelling it incorrectly.

I had strong ovarian pain a couple days after we first found out, probably early in the third week.. it felt like i was ovulating because my ovaries inflame when I ovulate. doc said it's not relaly a concern because I wouldnt have pain from an ectopic pregnancy that soon but he'll look at the us to be sure. he said it may have just been some ovarian swelling from the sudden hit of hormones.

I've had it off and on last week and this week.  I thought it might be ectopic but then it went away.  I also have cysts on my ovaries so the baby might be pressing on it or something.

It's caused some soreness here and there, but today I'm really feeling it.  Thanks for the responses, glad I'm not alone!
